Baby Satisfaction Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

If your baby has a bad reaction to a formula you’ve purchased from Huggable, we will do everything we can to help you find the right option for your little one. Our team of Product Specialists will work with you to determine the formula that best meets your baby’s needs. We encourage our customers to get in touch with us if you need assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Babies aren’t exactly the quietest bunch when they’re hungry, and we want to get their food to them fast! That’s why we pack, process, and ship your order soon after you’ve placed it. We can only cancel your order before 12 PM PST on the same day you’ve placed it. So, if you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Please note that since we are closed on weekends, we are unable to facilitate weekend cancellations.

All Huggable orders over $50 have free shipping! 

All orders with less than 12 boxes ship from the U.S. and should arrive via FedEx within 1-5 business days.

Need formula faster? At checkout select the option for FedEx Overnight which should arrive within 1 - 2 business days.

Large orders (of 12 boxes or more) are shipped from Europe, with DHL Premium/USPS and should arrive within 15 - 20 business days. 

Do note, unfortunately FedEx cannot accommodate shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. However, orders with DHL Premium/USPS can be delivered to these areas.

Please also note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes!

We care about packaging and have put a lot of attention into the way Huggable products come out of the box. We think you’ll love it. If you do ever receive a shipment with damage, just send us a message at hugs@huggable.com with a picture of the damage, and we will be right here to help you!

Return Policy

As we guarantee that our product is authentic and comes from authorized wholesalers of the manufacturer, we are unable to take returns, even if they are unopened. We do not restock formula once it has left our warehouse and this provides security to our customers that the product that they are receiving is authentic and not a counterfeit formula. We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our Huggable babies. Thank you for your understanding.

Temperature Controlled

Our U.S. warehouse is regulated so that the temperature stays well below thresholds for safe formula storage, ensuring that our products remain in excellent condition.

All of Huggable’s products are supplied from Northern Europe, where temperatures are relatively cool all year round.

Our products are shipped to us via air freight, which has shorter transport times and better temperature control than sea freight.
