If you purchased formula and your baby has a bad reaction to it, we will help you find the right solution. Our team of Product Specialists will work with you to select the best recommended formula for your baby’s needs. Reach out to us for assistance. Please note that there is a limit of one replacement per customer.
Babies aren’t exactly the quietest bunch when they’re hungry, and we want to get their food to them fast! That’s why we pack, process, and ship your order soon after you’ve placed it. We can only cancel your order before 12 PM PST on the same day you’ve placed it. So, if you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Please note that since we are closed on weekends, we are unable to facilitate weekend cancellations.
Choose the Right Shipping Option for You
Single unit purchases (orders of 5 units or less) will be shipped from our US warehouse via FedEx within the continental United States and should arrive within 1-5 business days.
Bulk purchases (orders with 6 units or more) are shipped directly from Europe, straight to your door, with DHL Premium/USPS and should arrive within 14 - 20 business days.
Please note unfortunately FedEx cannot accommodate single unit shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. However, bulk shipments (orders with 6 units or more) are available to these areas.
Please also note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes!
Need formula faster?
For single unit orders, at checkout select the option for FedEx Overnight which should arrive within 1 - 2 business days.
Packaged With Love
We care about packaging and have put a lot of attention into the way Huggable products come out of the box. We think you’ll love it. If you do ever receive a shipment with damage, just send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage, and we will be right here to help you!
As we guarantee that our product is authentic and comes from authorized wholesalers of the manufacturer, we are unable to take returns, even if they are unopened. We do not restock formula once it has left our warehouse and this provides security to our customers that the product that they are receiving is authentic and not a counterfeit formula. We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our Huggable babies. Thank you for your understanding.
Our U.S. warehouse is regulated so that the temperature stays well below thresholds for safe formula storage, ensuring that our products remain in excellent condition.
All of Huggable’s products are supplied from Northern Europe, where temperatures are relatively cool all year round.
Our products are shipped to us via air freight, which has shorter transport times and better temperature control than sea freight.
